- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon ground cloves

Directions:

1. Preheat your oven to 325°F.

2. Remove any skin from the ham, leaving a thin layer of fat intact. Score the fat with shallow diamond cuts.

3. Combine the pineapple juice, brown sugar, honey, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, cinnamon, and ground cloves in a bowl. Whisk until the sugar has dissolved.

4. Place the ham in a baking dish and brush it all over with the glaze. Reserve some of the glaze for later.

5. Cover the ham with aluminum foil, making sure it is tightly sealed. Bake in the preheated oven for 90 minutes.

6. After the 90 minutes has passed, remove the ham from the oven and brush it with more of the glaze. Return it to the oven, uncovered, for another 30 minutes.

7. Continue to brush the ham with the remaining glaze every 10-15 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches at least 140°F. This should take about another hour.

8. Remove the ham from the oven and let it rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing.

This unique ham recipe with pineapple and brown sugar glaze is sure to be a hit at your next holiday meal. Make sure to use a meat thermometer to ensure that the ham is cooked to the correct temperature, and adjust cooking times as necessary for ham of different sizes. Enjoy!
