Here is a frosting recipe that is good on cakes or cookies. It is coffee and chocolate. If you like a hint of coffee in your chocolate then this recipe is for you. Enjoy.
Ingredients:
* 1 tsp coffee crystals
* 1/4 cup milk or cream
* 1/4 cup cocoa powder
* 5 cups confectioners sugar
* 6 tbs butter
* 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
Preparation:
Blend everything together until smooth and spreadable.
Makes enough for a 13x9 cake.
